About the Founder
Three decades of technology leadership, still close to the work.
Santosh Maharaj
With more than three decades in information technology leadership, Santosh has held senior roles across multiple industries, including General Manager Systems and Solutions at MultiChoice, Chief Technology Officer at Ramsan Consulting and Eferton, and General Manager Software Development at Medscheme.
His career has focused on transforming technology organisations to deliver reliable, scalable, and business-aligned software solutions, spanning organisational turnaround, legacy platform modernisation, cloud and integration architecture, and complex enterprise software delivery.
He has led multidisciplinary engineering teams responsible for large-scale systems supporting high transaction volumes and mission-critical business processes. Earlier roles as Service Delivery Manager, Software Architecture Manager, Software Development Manager, and Software Developer established a practical foundation in systems design, programming, IT operations, and enterprise architecture.
A defining focus of his current work is integrating artificial intelligence into the software engineering and delivery lifecycle. AI is used as operational infrastructure: improving development productivity, accelerating problem resolution, enabling rapid experimentation, supporting automated system analysis, powering intelligent data extraction pipelines, and embedding decision-support tooling directly into development workflows.
